Andrew (Andy) Koshko was born November 10, 1892 in Jessup, Pennsylvania. He married Mary Poltis in Clarence, Pennsylvania. The marriage date hasn't been provided, but their first child was born in 1922. Mary would have been about 18 years old and Andy was 29. Andy died February 26, 1948 in Clarence at age 55. Mary lived 28 more years. This information is taken from Barbara Szybiak's research.

Andy was the first child of Andrew Koszkowski and Julia Radiak. Andy and Mary produced three children: Mary Helen, David A., and Howard.

In a 1987 family history communique, Andy's brother Paul provided his grandson Rick the same birth date above for Andy.

There doesn't appear to be a Social Security death record for Andy. Perhaps this has only been overlooked.

• What did Andy do for a living?
• Andy was about 12 years his wife's senior and she was only 18 when they began having children. Did this raise any eyebrows in those days?
